He disclosed that Shah Rukh Khan almost left the project due to back troubles just four days into filming. However, the team opted for a delayed shoot to give Khan time to recover. Advani also spoke about the pressure he felt to maintain the production house's success record. 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' tells the story of Naina's life transformation after meeting Aman, and it has one of Bollywood's most depressing climax sequences.
