Rhea's co-accused moves Bombay HC for bail

Zaid Vilatra, 20, arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed a petition before Bombay high court against the September 9 special court order sending him to judicial custody. He has sought orders for bail from the HC. On September 11, the special NDPS court rejected his bail plea along with those of actor Rhea Chakraborty and her brother, in the case being investigated by the NCB in connection with the June 14 death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
