Kajol keeps a close watch on kids spending habits

Kajol has a reputation of being careful with her spends and she recently narrated an incident about her interaction with co-star Shruti Haasan. The two actresses have collaborated for a short film and Kajol told Filmfare in an interview how she was all praise for Shruti’s footwear, which she confessed were actually her home wear while Kajol wore basic rubber chappals at home. Kajol had laughed over the incident and said, “Shruti wouldn't even look at my rubber chappals.” Defending that she is not stingy the actress added, “I wouldn't say I'm stingy. But I'm careful about how and where I spend my money.”
